Refund policy

Because every skin type is unique, we recommend performing a patch test before using any new product. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are faulty.


To start a return, you can contact us at returns@darabela.com. Please note that returns address will be provided once you have commenced the returns process as stated below.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

  • We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in saleable condition.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is received and approved.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@darabela.com.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used skincare items cannot be returned, unless specified otherwise. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
